European startups raised $25 billion in Q3, the region’s strongest venture quarter in four years. Funding rose 77% year over year, with AI companies accounting for $18.8 billion, or 75% of the total. The UK led with $7.5 billion, followed by Germany at $5 billion and France at $4.8 billion.
