Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• You may request deletion of your data (see our Privacy Policy)
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user content, job listings, or any other information shared on the platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALLEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Valley Network is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For users in the EU/EEA, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
