European AI startups raised $23bn in H1 2026. Artificial intelligence startups attracted 55% of all European venture capital in the first six months of 2026, with funding up 130% year over year. The report says the capital was heavily concentrated, with 73% going to just 38 companies that each raised more than $100m.
